How to ship your equipment?
Do you have equipment or supplies to ship to the Convention Center?
You must use the logistics provider listed below.
(No deliveries will be accepted directly by the Convention Center)

The service provider will be your single point of contact for:
- Shipping your equipment before the event,
- Receiving your parcels on site,
- Storing your boxes on site during the event,
- The return shipment of the equipment at the end of the convention
- Billing for this service
If you bring your equipment yourself
You may bring your equipment with you on the installation day.
A dedicated delivery area will be available on site and will be indicated in the logistical information sent to you before the event. However, you will not be able to store your empty boxes on site during the congress.
